Edna Nerona won 3rd place at the Toastmasters District 5 Humorous Speech Contest held on October 30, 2010 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in San Diego, CA. Her speech was entitled, “Pressure Makes Diamonds.”

District 5 Toastmasters has nearly 3000 members in over 130 clubs, 29 Areas, and 5 Divisions within San Diego County, Imperial County, and Yuma, Arizona. Toastmasters International is the world's premier organization for teaching both speaking and leadership skills.
